Lowongan Tender Administration

General Objective Of The Function
To support in the preparation of pre and post project tender requirements, as well as to collect the information of commercial and financial information and or documents to ensure the completeness of tender documentations.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • To support in the preparation of tender, including pre and post project tender.
  • To analyze and understand the tender document requirements and subsequently preparing and/or collecting all the administration, technical and commercial documents and other supporting documents to ensure the completeness of tender submission.
  • To maintain daily tender announcements and follow up with related departments for tender registration.
  • To coordinate with other related departments involved in the tender preparation (Finance, Quality and Health Safety Environment, Supply Base, Marine, Logistics, Marketing, Cargo Carrying Unit, Procurement, Human Resources, Manpower, etc.).
  • To manage administrative documents within the project/tender department (delivery slip, letter in, letter out, copy of contracts and submitted tender documents).
  • Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists.
  • Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements.


Requirement:

  • Working with all Departement Altus Group & Altus Customers (Oils & Gas Companies))
    Experiences: 1 - 4 year
  • Diploma, majoring in Administration or Secretary
    Execellent English Skills Required
    Computer Related Skills Required: Ms.Word,Excel,Relational Database
  • Having good Administration & Communication Skills
