Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational and production aspects of hotel and venue entertainment as assigned throughout the property
  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Special Events and Entertainment in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the enhancement of all entertainment venues and special events.
  • Support Director of Special Events and Entertainment in concept development, stage management, coordination of creative team, talent booking and creative endeavors.
  • Manage the day-to-day technical operation and quality assurance of all entertainment venues. Duties include but are not limited to; special effects, area lighting, sound enhancements, show systems and staging.
  • Establish standards for entertainment event production and assist the Dir Special Events and Entertainment in the quality assurance of those standards.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with all departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between multiple vendors and clients of events and exhibits to enhance relationships, increase revenues and to insure a positive experience for all parties involved. This includes pre and post operation duties, show schedules and show time duties such as audio visual and electrical needs.



Job Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, a related field or equivalent additional experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years experience in entertainment, talent booking or a related field required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
