- Min experience 10 years experience as General Manager or Villa Manager at 4- 5 star hotel
- Bachelor degree in hotel management/ related background
- Good experience handling cash-flow with sales & marketing oriented objectives
- Able to work under pressure
- Great personality
- Good command in Indonesian and English both written and spoken
- Having a good knowledge & skills of report writing and presentation
- Understand well about employees system,appraisal & rewards
- Excellent attitude,leadership,teamwork & communication capabilities
- Good network in hospitality industry & local authority
- Living in bali
