Description :
- To be able to maintain complete control of the kitchen at all times and to command the respect of his / her kitchen staff.
- To be able to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently, maintain a level head, and delegate many kitchen tasks simultaneously.
- To be in charge in maximizing the productivity of the kitchen staff, as well as managing the sous chef and chef de partie in the chef’s chain of command and conduct training as well
- Maintaining impeccable personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace.
- To ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule and to see that any problems that arise are rectified.
- Setting / Creating / Developing Menus
- Controlling all things related to the kitchen operation to meet the cost efficiency and maintain it to our standard costing.
- Establishing and maintaining a good relation with guests.
Qualification
:
- Min. Associate Degree in F & B
- Two years experience in the same position
- Have experiences in managing central kitchen and distribution system
- Having a well written and spoken English
- Out going personality and creative
- Willing to work under pressure
- Having a good leadership.
