Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Maintaining employee files
- Update and recordkeeping employee’s data (medical, training, etc)
- Help to maintain organization of financial arrangements (includes filing and maintaining timesheets from all locations; preparing salary)
- Handle crew travel arrangements, documentations, and reservations for mobilisation
- Prioritize and carry out complex administrative duties and/or projects as required by HR Coodinator
- Assisting with employee relations; employee orientation, development
- Maintaining employee communication;
- Preparing compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
- Assisting in monitoring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and employee services;
- Assisting on implementing company policies, program
- assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Coordinator
Minimum Education:
Graduated from reputable University (Minimum Diploma D3 or above)
Graduated from reputable University (Minimum Diploma D3 or above)
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- At least 2 years experience providing administrative support to senior staff
- Expert with Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize a number of projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial - and sometimes unpredictable - environment
- Able to follow the instructions of their supervisors
- Polite and work well with members of a company's other departments
