Lowongan HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Update and recordkeeping employee’s data (medical, training, etc)
  • Help to maintain organization of financial arrangements (includes filing and maintaining timesheets from all locations; preparing salary)
  • Handle crew travel arrangements, documentations, and reservations for mobilisation
  • Prioritize and carry out complex administrative duties and/or projects as required by HR Coodinator
  • Assisting with employee relations; employee orientation, development
  • Maintaining employee communication;
  • Preparing compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
  • Assisting in monitoring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and employee services;
  • Assisting on implementing company policies, program
  • assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Coordinator


Minimum Education:
Graduated from reputable University (Minimum Diploma D3 or above)

Knowledge/Skills Required:
  • At least 2 years experience providing administrative support to senior staff
  • Expert with Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in English verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize a number of projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial - and sometimes unpredictable - environment
  • Able to follow the instructions of their supervisors
  • Polite and work well with members of a company's other departments
