Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Having Bachelor Degree (S1) or higher in Human Resource, Psychology, or related fields
- Experienced in HR Dept. in manufacture for at least 3 years
- Has experience in creating HR systems or composing training module
- Able to handle industrial relations
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi or Karawang Area
- Communicative in English
Job description:
- To develop and control effective systems and procedures to be implemented in HR department
- To develop and control effective systems and procedures to instigate Employee development
- To improve communication delivery and flow between company and employees
- To instill leadership skills and principles to all employees as to achieve common understanding of the company Vision
- To develop and action effective recruitment procedures
