Responsibilities :
- Condust all recruitment & Interview Process
- Deliver Necessary HR Report
- Maintain Employee record both Hard copy ( Personal Filing ) and soft copy
- Develop & administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
- Manage day to day operation of the HR related field (Absence, Mailings, Working Agreement, Annual Leave, etc).
- Handle Training Development, HR Communication, Compensation Benefits.
- Other HR activities when required by management.
- Handle general HR
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor or equialent preferably from HR Management
- Minimum 5 year experience in HR generalist
- Computer Literate
- Good administration skill
- Ability in handling confidential matters
- Integrity : Trustworthy, reliability, Confident
- Responsive : Respond to inquiries / feedback promptly and effectively
