Requirements:
- Male/female, age max. 32 years old
- Education S1 majoring in Management/Psychology
- Have minimum 2 years in same position (experience in automotive industry is an advantage)
- Familiar with Recruitment, Training and Payroll Administration
- Familiar with General Affairs matters (Transportation, Canteen, Industrial Relation, etc.)
- Fluent in English is must (Japanese is advantage)
- An energetic team player with excellent communication skill, creative, analytic, able to work under pressure, deliver on target and detail oriented
- Good personality, hard worker, computer literate
- Willing working location at Karawang/Purwakarta area
