Responsibilities:
- To provide legal opinion and legal due diligence report
- Drafting and reviewing agreement, contract, and memorandum of understanding
- Assisting in legal matter and legal documentation
Requirements:
- Male/female, 25-30 years
- Law Degree (S-1) from reputable university
- GPA min. 3.00
- Having great knowledge in Projects and Energy, including mining, plantation, and power plant
- Having experience in reputable law firm at least 2 years
- Able to work independently, able to deliver work within tight deadline, ready to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, and high commitment
