Requirements:
  • Female / Male, aged above 30 years old
  • S1 degree preferably in HR related fields
  • Having at least 5 years of working experience in human resources area especially with focus on personnel, recruitment and training functions
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously
  • A self-starter with strong teamwork skills and flexibility to cope with diverse and dynamic environment 
  • Fast learner, trust worthy, well organized and disciplined 
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft office
  • Good communications skills in speaking & written English
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill

Job description:
The Personnel Manager responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Manage and lead the Personnel,Recruitment, Training & Development functions
  • Develop and implement the recruitment strategies to meet the company needs of personnel
  • Maintain and update job management activities, including job description, job analysis and job evaluation
  • Prepare and provide accurate regular reports on personnel related activities on a timely basis
