Requirements:
- Female / Male, aged above 30 years old
- S1 degree preferably in HR related fields
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in human resources area especially with focus on personnel, recruitment and training functions
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously
- A self-starter with strong teamwork skills and flexibility to cope with diverse and dynamic environment
- Fast learner, trust worthy, well organized and disciplined
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft office
- Good communications skills in speaking & written English
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill

Personnel Manager responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage and lead the Personnel,Recruitment, Training & Development functions
- Develop and implement the recruitment strategies to meet the company needs of personnel
- Maintain and update job management activities, including job description, job analysis and job evaluation
- Prepare and provide accurate regular reports on personnel related activities on a timely basis
