We are currently recruiting Oracle DBA
positions. These requirements are based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Skills Required:
Essential:
- Five/Six plus years of experience in IT / Telecom / Banking industry
- Strong hands on experience in Oracle RDBMS/RAC/Dataguard
- Good experience in Oracle RDBMS Trouble Shooting and Performance Tuning
- Good understanding of Backup/Restore using RMAN, Veritas, Data Protector
- Good experience in UNIX shell scripting, PL/SQL
- Good understanding of SAN Storage, Clusters relating to Oracle DB
- Ability to work under pressure on odd hours/weekends
Role & Responsibility
- Planning/Managing/Trouble Shooting/Tuning Oracle RDBMS
- Provide regular feedback / observations / improvement areas with report to Infra Head and Management
- Identification and resolution of software, or database problems/malfunctions
- Analyzing systems errors or anomalies, as well as specific database performance issues and/or error messages, in order to ensure maximum uptime and service quality
- Working internally within the larger Technical Operations organization to test planned databases upgrades / modifications.
- Formulating and implementing monitoring, policies, procedures and standards relating to database management.
