Primary Responsibilities:

• To provide IT related hardware software and networking trouble shooting and support
• To assist and to provide support to daily IT operation and maintenance

Reporting to:
Country IT Manager

Specific responsibilities:

• Monitor IT infrastructure support ( hardware and equipment),including preventive maintenance (anti virusproctection,software),trouble shooting(PC,Server and LAN) and communication lines (PABX),in order to ensure IT infrastructures in all offices are working properly and effectively
• Installing and configuring computer systems and applications (PCs and Servers)
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network and communication lines (PABX)
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail,phone and other electronic medium.Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Replacing parts as required
• Setting up new users accounts and profiles and deadling with password issues
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Develop and maintain continuous relationship with hardware and software maintenance vendors,in order to ensure reliable supports in case of IT problems and maintenance
• Backup data daily,weekly,monthly and yearly
• Maintaining and monitoring McAfee Antivirus
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Managing and monitoring IT assets
• Monitoring and maintaining Smart Guard (Door Access Management System)
• Print out Daily Time Attendance (monthly)
• Plan,co-ordinante & support business processes,systems & end-users
• Handle phone-in problem & escalation of problems

Profile

• Degree in Computing / IT
• 1-2 years IT experience

Required Skills:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Window environment in administration,configuration,support and trouble shooting (software,Pcs,networking & other devices)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003
• Knowledge in LAN and WAN
• Able to communicate in local language and English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and as team
