We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading Pharmaceutical company.
To lead the implementation of several key Commercial Excellence projects such as Sales Force Effectiveness Data infrastructure and electronic data capture implementation, as well as building continuous infrastructure for incentive and sales targeting systems (cognizant). The post is crucial to drive Commercial Excellence initiatives and provide support to Commercial Pharma and Vaccine Business Unit, in order to help achieve annual sales and profit growth in this company.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of internal parties and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree from pharmacy or computer background, Information Technology or Management Information from a reputable university
- work experience should compensate education – either computer exposure to compensate pharmacy education, or pharmacy exposure to compensate computer education
- Strong programming knowledge, well experience in build application system/software (such as visual studio, expert in excel makro). Strong in database management (such as Akses, SQL, Oraqle), system analysis and knowledge in business process.
- Strong Sales Force Effectiveness knowledge
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Fluent in English
