Job Description :
- Policies and procedures for adequacy of control and compliance within local regulations and internal requirements;
- Monitor business activities regularly to detect any possible breaches of legislation, guidelines or required code of practice;
- Act in an advisory role and provide assistance to the management team, including: interpretation and application of regulatory requirements;
- Development of procedures and processes with adequate controls to ensure compliance with new regulations;
- Developing and implementing compliance procedures and guidelines;
- Documenting standard policies, procedures and controls;
- Monitor handling of complaints;
- Assist in investigation of inappropriate business conduct;
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators (as applicable);
- Follow up and report to management on the status of recommendations made by regulators and internal/external auditors following inspections/audits.
Requirements :
- Candidates should have at least 3 (three) years of experience in the respective positions applied in securities company.
- Possess WPPE license is a must.
- Proficient in written & spoken English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Creative, self started, team player & having self integrity.
- Willing to work under pressure and overtime if necessary.
