Job Purpose:
In his/her role to support
HR Department Head, the incumbent is responsible to implement all HR
initiatives in Operation Office
Requirements:
- Male or female age between 25 – 35 years old
- A university degree (S1) in Law from reputed university
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in handling human resources activities in a corporation/ company from sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG, and operation services with particular experience in handling operation area, its administration and heavy people interaction.
- Mature and is able to coach and counsel problem employee, is an experience which will be adding value
- An exposure in industrial
relation area and understanding of
- Conversant in English communication both written and spoken
- Computer literate, good knowledge and skill on MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Sound communication skills and is confident and capable of public speaking activities
- Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
- High analytical thinking and is able to conceptualize innovative ideas and thoughts aligning it with people/employee’s aspirations and organization interest.
- Willing to work in an under pressure condition and very tight deadline and a stretched working hour
