Location : Sebuku

Responsibilities :
  • To collect data and information of land price and land legal status
  • To conduct field survey whenever necessary to obtain land price and market information
  • To work with internal and external parties and coordinate various sources including consultants or real estate agents to obtain market comparables for the purpose of land market analysis
  • To review, evaluate market information and conduct market study using several methods of comparison
  • To perform a comprehensive market analysis
  • To correlate market price with various potential legal status of the land
  • Create Land Price – Market Parameter to be used as guidelines during the acquisition
  • Maintain open lines of communication with group, agencies, government and organizations
  • Planning Partnerships and Government Relations team on administrative actions, including background research, newsletter production, preparation for meetings and presentations, scheduling and working team-related events, and other duties as assigned
  • Maintain positive relationships at all levels of government, public services, and other authorities to facilities communication and help advance the organization’s business interests at local, regional and central level.
  • Monitor all documentation is preparing well and updated.
  • Ensure all permits in good standing and valid.
  • Ensure all government compliance is reported and submitted on time.
  • Lead a team of government relations professional to ensure that all the organization’s dealing with government agencies are conducted ethically, legally, and according to the organization’s policies and standards.
  • Planning of various events, promote and participate in community programs and performs other


Requirements
  • Graduate degree is preferred
  • 7 year experiences in Government Relation and Land Compensation matter
  • Computer literate
  • English is a must
  • Have managerial skill
  • Have a strong understanding of local government, law or community relation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
