Responsibility
:
- External Relation with government institution or any either related institution
- Internal HR related investigation
- Develop and manage an effective HR filing system, with files maintained for each staff while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Assist Asst Manager on significant labor disputes or major employee case handling and business ethic issues.
Requirement :
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent disciplined service qualification / experience
- Age maximum 35 years old
- At least 1 years hands on experience in HR role in the Industrial Relation sector
- Good knowledge of Indonesian's labor law.
- Be able to effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Having knowledge in industrial relation & the law of labors
- Having excellent skill of Problem Solving that related with many employee cases
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country
