Requirement:
- Recognized Degree in HR Management, Industrial Engineering or Law with relevant working experience.
- The position requires at least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas, and 10 years in Human Resources Related areas.
- Having a good relationship with BPMigas and familiar in dealing with them.
- The candidates should have strong communication skill, strong leadership qualities, high degree of cultural sensitivity, good influencing and negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making.
