Qualifications:
- Male/Female, aged 26 – 30 years.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from faculty of Law, Psychology, Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Generalist.
- Precedence for having experience and knowledge about Employee Relation, Industrial Relation, Compensation and Benefit.
- Understand well about basic labor laws.
- Initiative, communicative, and hard working.
- Willing to be placed in site
