Responsibilities:
- Report and responsible to President Director
- Responsible for the total HR Management from recruitment and termination, training and development, performance management, time keeping, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, payrolls, etc.
- Maintain and control staff and documents files
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, rules, regulation and procedure
- Provide general HR administration support
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Having good knowledge, skill and good implement in labor law or relationship with the government and other for all HR and GA matters
- Good interpersonal, coordination and reporting skills
- Good work ethics, integrity and attitude
- Good command in written and verbal communication skills in English
