This position will be based
at Martabe site and reports directly to the Production Supervisor/Trainer.
This position would be responsible for the ongoing progression of all PTAR personnel, though supporting all PTAR training initiatives. Main functions of the role include: the supervision of two Junior HR Administration Supervisor, collaboration with internal and external training providers, organisation of the PTAR’s overarching training systems.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree or vocational apprenticeship in any subject.
- A level of English to C1 (CEF) or Higher-Intermediate (ESOL).
- 5 years working experience, preferably in a similar field
- High level competency in personal computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- A high level of cultural awareness and appreciation of cultural differences.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to maintain direction and achieve work objectives with minimal supervision.
- Supervisory experience within a multi-cultural team.
- High organisation skills.
- Confidence and ability in front of an audience.
- Delegation skills.
The following skills and qualifications are desirable:
- Bachelor degree in Education, Educational Psychology or a Post Graduate Certificate in Training & Assessment.
- Batak language skills to B1 (CEF) or Lower-Intermediate (ESOL).
- A sound awareness of operational safety issues.
- Experience in delivering training or presentations.
