Main Responsibilities :
- Handling and managing all of function HRD : Recruitment, Administration, Personnel staff, Compensation & Benefit, Employee relation, HRD policies and SOP, Company regulation, Training Development
Requirements :
- Male / Female, maximum age 40 years
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources from reputable university, master degree in HR preferred (preferably Psychology), min. GPA 3.00
- Minimum 3 years working in Assitant HRM,
- Familiar with HR policies and procedure
- Deep knowledge of HR System: organizational development, Recruitment selection, Performance management, Training & Development, Reward Management, Talent Management and employee relations, labor law and other regulations
- Experience training evaluation and the design of training modul
- Understanding of UU 13/2003 and all legal issues pertaining to Human Resources
- Analytical and Organizational skill, strong managerial and leadership skills
- Good in intrapersonal & Interpersonal skills and working in the team
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
