Key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, manage and control the implementation of human resource-operational related strategy, plan, goals and work programmes including: recruitment; compensation/remuneration; benefits; and organizational development to ensure that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organised, and rewarded in accordance with organisation's human resource strategy
- Evaluate the organisation's future workforce needs by establishing and controling manpower planning aligned with organization development, coordinate and monitor recruitment and selection activities to ensure the availability of resources needs conform with requirements and desire qualification in timely manner
- Direct, control and monitor remuneration practices and procedures to ensure company’s remuneration packages are competitive, comply with industrial practice, align with company’s financial capability and are fair
- Control and manage office administration activities, personnel adminstration, and HRIS to ensure the availability of optimum support for company’s daily operations
- Formulate attractive retention plan to attract, motivate and retain high performers and eliminate poor performers in order to maintain good company wide employee productivities
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure the organisation's human resources strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards
- Maintain and implement HSE programs, including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards and requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from respectable university (Min. GPA 3.0)
- Understanding of UU 13/2003 and all legal issues pertaining to Human Resources
- Competencies dealing with a broad spectrum of HR queries, including terminations, lateness, fighting, etc, able to resolve whenever possible and able to report back on issues that cannot be resolved on the site
- Expertise in organizational development
