Responsibilities:
- Talent Management & Development
- Talent & High Potential identification , including Succession Planning
- Manage development needs of identified talent & High Potential
- Develop Career Management Framework
- Develop& Conduct Effective Recruitment Plan preparing for store expansion
- Develop & revise Promotion & Upgrading Policies and Systems
- Facilitate development of leadership competencies
- Develop methodologies to support functional competency profiling & assessment
- Facilitate and monitor Management Trainee Programmed
- Organization Design
- Facilitate Organization Structure Design & Review
- Maintain & update Position Inventory
- Conduct Job Analysis & Job Evaluation
- Facilitate preparation of Job Descriptions
- Facilitate managing organization change includes identify Critical Position (CP)
Requirements:
- Master's degree/Bachelor Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Minimal 8 years of relevant experience ideally working in a large, professional MNC, with retail experience would be advantage
- Cross-disciplinary Talent Management domain expertise – experience in 4 or more of the following areas : Recruitment, Competencies, Talent Assessments, Succession Management, Performance Management, Developing Planning, Compensation, Knowledge and Learning Management
- High energy and drive with a positive attitude
- A team player with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact / influence / partner management of all levels and manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong planning and organizational skills
