directly to the Operation General Manager – Food, the incumbent is accountable
for managing the restaurant business operation running effectively for
profitability. The job also includes ensuring its business expansion of new
restaurant chains/outlet

- Has extensive experience in assuming similar position in food chain business
- Strong leaders with good managerial competence in food – restaurant business
- Articulate and communicative in building rapport with others and in leading team.
- Minimum D-III graduate,
- Male or female with age around 35 years old
