Main Responsibilities :
  • Handling and managing all of function HRD : Recruitment, Administration, Personnel staff, Compensation & Benefit, Employee relation, HRD policies and SOP, Company regulation, Training Development


Requirements :
  • Male / female, maximum age 40 years
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources from reputable university, master degree in HR preferred (preferably Psychology)
  • Minimum 5 years working in the same position, financial services or consulting company preferred
  • Familiar with HR policies and procedure
  • Deep knowledge of HR System: organizational development, Recruitment selection, Performance management, Training & Development, Reward Management,Talent Management and employee relations, labor law and other regulations
  • Experience in training field, such as training delivery, training evaluation and the design of training modul
  • Strong English language both spoken and written
  • Analytical and Organizational skill, strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Good in intrapersonal & Interpersonal skills and working in the team
