Qualification:
- Male / Female Max 30 years
- Min. Bachelor Degree on Law, Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university
- Min. 2 years experiences at the same level, preferred in mining industries
- Know well and understanding of HR&GA function area, Labor Law and Manpower regulation, Recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & benefit.
- Strong leadership, highly motivated, detail, time management, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willing to be located at Melak
