This position is responsible
for creating graphics and design solutions with high visual impact. Design
solutions are required in 2 main areas:
- For the user interface of web based application software with the intention of encouraging ease of use through attractive designs which fit with corporate branding.
- For customers, mostly regarding customization of the product page templates and user interfaces in accordance to their specific requirements and associated project related documents and designs while working with our Project Managers and the customer.
- For our regional marketing efforts including websites, marketing material, advertising, banners/posters, product logos, product graphical design, exhibitions/seminars, presentations, corporate communications and identity. In this capacity the graphics designer works together with the Marketing Manager, the Regional Sales Manager, and the VP Sales. Additionally, coordination with vendors is required.
- Part of the responsibility is to properly consult involved parties whether their design requirements can be realized without restriction (limitations by browsers and browser versions, internet speed, tools requested, etc.) and where there are restrictions to find alternative solutions.

Minimum Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma from reputable university in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years experience: design experience in IT companies welcome
- Experience across various media platforms
- Principles of design for graphic publications and various production methods
- Creating visuals for web and mobile media
- Proficient in use of Apple Mac OS, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Premier) and Acrobat Quark, Freehand, Corel Draw
- Knowledge and experience of HTML, CSS and CMS, JavaScript, Flash
- Windows Experienced – Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced)
- Considerable knowledge of publishing factors including paper, typeset, printing, reproduction and binding options
- Ability to identify and interpret graphic design needs and develop creative and responsive design concepts
- Ability to develop complex, integrated design, printing, and/or reproduction specifications
- Of advantage: knowledge of word press blogging platform, all photo-image software, CMS systems, working with PDF’s
