• Male or Female S1 degree
• Experience in making Accounting report ( Profit and Loss, Budgeting , etc)
• Experience in develop a discipline, firm and skillful HR
• Have good analytic thinking & problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and or within a group
• Excellent level of English language  skills, both spoken & written
• Computer Literate (Min.Ms. Office 2007)
• Strong leadership, good communication skill
