- Male/Female, Max.45 years old, S1 Management/Psychology
- Minimum 2 years in same position (experience in automotive industry is an advantage)
- Familiar with Recruitment, Training , and Payroll Administration and General Affairs Matters
- Familiar with General Affairs matters (Transportation, Canteen, Industrial Relation, etc)
- Fluent in English is must (Japanese is advantage)
- An energetic team player with excellent communication skill, creative, analytic, able to work under pressure, deliver on target and detail oriented
- Good personality, hard worker, computer literate
- Willing working location at Bekasi
