Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old.
• Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Law/Psychology
• At least 5 years work experiences in HR Management.
• Good understanding of Recruitment, People Development, and Performance Appraisal.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• Possesses strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities.
• Computer Literate (Ms Office).
• Able to work under tight deadline.
• Strong Leadership with sound managerial competency and distinct internal drive for achievement (competence in PDCA management).
• Sound problem solver supported by strong analytical and conceptual skills.
