Responsibility:
- Review potential Client ITT documents for Prime Contracts.
- Perform Quantities Risk Analysis.
- Develop risk mitigation options and provide qualifications and exceptions to proposed terms and conditions thereto.
- Participate in negotiations with potential Client in order to minimize all risks that Company may encounter in the event of Contract Award.
- Participate in negotiations with potential Client up to award and be fully responsible to conclude the Prime Contract/agreement for handover to Project Management Team post award.
Qualification:
- Have minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas offshore construction industry in similar position.
- Legal background or experience in the same position will be an advantage.
- Having knowledge about PTK-007.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Team Player.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
- Systematic, detailed and well-organized.
- Computer literate.
