Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and grow the company’s presence through social media such as Twitter, Facebook, blogs and other strategically relevant online social media products;
- Generate ideas and execute plans to leverage fans & followers;
- Generate company’s social media content on daily basis;
- Voice the company’s message to the online community in the language of fans & followers;
- Build a strong and loyal community through the company’s social media;
- Stimulate engagement through the company’s social media;
- Able to read social media analysis and use it to increase fans & followers;
- Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends from engagement with fans & followers;
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position / task;
- Knowledge of current Social Media trends;
- Knowledge of social media rules;
- In depth knowledge of current social media tools;
- Experience in developing and implementing tactical plans that build and nurture online communities;
- Strong communication skill towards current language used in social media;
- Good command of English, spoken and written;
- Good analytical skills;
- Hard working, independent and highly committed;
- Attention to details;
- Self-motivated as well as a good open-minded team player;
- Good time management: able to deliver on time;
- A good track record of previous work and results is required;
- Previous experience with e commerce and / or the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus;
- Understanding FBML is a plus;
