This position
will be based in Martabe project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports
directly to the Community Services Superintendent.
The role will
responsible to assist Superintendent of Community Services in doing
Department’s document translation such as formal letters, reports, minutes of
meeting, procedures and policy. This role is also purposed to assist
Superintendent of Community Services in preparing Departmental reports such as Annual
Report, Quarterly Report and Monthly Report
Candidates
for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and
experience:
- Minimum Diploma-III in Social, English, Administration Management, or relevant major.
- Have work experience min 2 years with similar job description and from mining company is preferable
- Good command of English
- Good writing and reporting skill
- Good understanding in presentation and communication skills
- Good ability to serve and working in a team
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information
- Good monitoring and evaluation skill
- Good understanding on standard reporting system (ISO/Global Reporting Initiative/Compliance to Government) is preferable
- Familiar with Community Development programs is preferable
