Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a multinational company that is seeking the best talent to fill in the Floor Manager position. The winning candidate will report directly to the head of the Customer Care Center.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing for or working directly with public, including servicing customers and receiving clients
- Aligning the company’sadministrationfunctions with and propose improvements if necessary
- Making decisions and solving problems; analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solutions to solve problems
- Communicating with customers and providing information to supervisors and colleagues
- Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards of the company
- Resolving conflicts and negotiating with others; handling complaints, settling disputes and negotiating

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree
- Three years’ (min.) experience as Floor Manager
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understand employee regulations, policies and other rules
- High motivation, strong leader, high integrity, good character, open minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, team player, good track record, diligent, high standards, quick and efficient work habits
- Strong command of English
- Experience handling large companies and ability to manage subordinates
