Lowongan Accountant - Indonesia
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for all aspects of Finance, Accounting and Tax functions for our Indonesia entity;
- To submit the monthly Trial Balance and Accounts Analysis to the Singapore office for Corporate reporting each month;
- To check, review and send the documents to the Singapore office to support the payment requests by the Indonesia entity;
- To handle the petty cash fund for the office;
- To liaise with the local authorities to ensure prompt filing and payment (e.g VAT, payroll taxes etc);.
- To provide administrative support to the sales and service team (e.g Travel and Entertainment expense report submission and audit);
- To handle the payroll for the Indonesia entity;
- To handle the adhoc duties as assigned by the Financial Controller of South Asia.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent;
- 2 to 3 years relevant work experience in similar position handling Accounting and Tax;
- Familiar with local statutory, tax and payroll requirements;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, words and Office applications;
- Proficient in Spoken and Written English;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Possess initiative and positive work attitude;
- A good team player and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
