Lowongan Finance & Administration Executive (Based in Indonesia, Lippo Cikarang)
Responsibilities:
Finance:-
- Manage the day-to-day accounting and financial functions of the department
- Ensured accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including group consolidated accounts, monthly management reporting, analysis and year-end matters
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other professionals on relevant matters
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance to local laws and regulations
- Work with regional HQ Finance and Internal Audit to ensure compliance to JSOX and corporate governance requirements
Human resource:-
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin duties
- Provide counsel to all levels of employees regarding performance, employee relations and career development
- Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedure. Appropriately apply
- policies and procedures in compliance with government laws and alignment with Asia HQ
- Manage administration of operating procedures, record systems and the preparation of periodic reports and summaries to keep management appraised of activities
- Develop and drive company-wide welfare programs and initiatives
Administrative:-
- Manage company incorporation matters locally
- Provide support for office administrative matters
- Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences
- Certified Public Account or equivalent
- Able to communicate (reading & writing) in English
- Experienced in using computerized accounting system and conversant in MS office applications
- Worked in an MNC environment
