JOB SCOPE :
- Responsible for Marketing, Sales, and Procurement.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Male/Female
- Max. 50 Years old
- Past record of outstanding performance in similar position Minimum 12-15 years.
- Leadership experience in Sales, Commercial Planning (include Procurement), and Marketing is desirable.
- Bachelor or master degree in business administration, economics or marketing
JOB DESC :
- Set the commercial strategy for the customer proposition, revenue target and deployment of the key commercial levers to meet this objective
- Sales and distribution, marketing, network, pricing and revenue management.
- Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities and support in relation to the organization's sales, purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions.
- Negotiate contracts for sales/purchases and manage renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations.
- Ensure consistency within company's branding and marketing mix.
- Product Development.
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction through working closely with the operational teams.
- Identify new business opportunities e.g. ancillary revenue, code sharing etc.
- Maintain a constant awareness of competitor activities
Accountabilities:
- Meeting revenue targets both Sales & Procurement.
- Brand awareness in line with the customer proposition
- Network Plan
- Increase revenue and improve profitability
- Pricing Strategy
- Sales & Distribution Strategy
- Demand side of strategic plan
