Qualification as follows :
- Min. S1 Degree, Law Background must recommended.
- Min. 5 years experience of HRD Manager.
- Good knowledge in compliance at Garment company.
- Good experience in Strategic HR Management System & HR operation.
- Good manage for recruitment & New employee agreement.
- Professionally manage and ensure an organized and systematic filling system.
- Good in developing & implementing training system.
- Good experience in compliance field.
- Through knowledge and expertise of factory auditing and assessment.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional issues effecting social and environmental conditions.
- Ability to follow up comments and finding from auditor.
- Having strong leadership
- Good communication skill and negotiation skill.
- Good Communication in English (oral and written)
- Computer Literate (min. MS. Office)
