Responsible for :
- Sales target achievement of Bandung Area for Shiseido and Za brands
- Manage all marketing plans and programs and provide training to all service personnel to ensure effective customer services according to proper and standard procedures.
- Maintain effective customer relationships and design required business development call program.
- Maintain effective department stores relationship as the venue of Shiseido and Za's counters.
- Identify appropriate sales team and establish an efficient work procedure and prepare required work schedule and analyze all Shiseido philosophy compliances.
- Maintain branch office best practice inline with Head Office business system and procedures.
This vacant position require candidate with qualification :
- Female, age range 28-35 years old, undergraduates from reputable universities in any disciplines, experienced in Sales Operation Management on managerial level for minimum 3 years.
- Comprehend in cosmetic retail business or FMCG.
- She must be a tough person with pleasant personality, pro-active, comprehend, good interpersonal skill, and pay attention to detail.
