- Responsible for IRAI Training (Corporate & Public Class) Strategic Marketing & Development including but not limited to managing plans & activities of:
a) Business & its development
b) Marketing
c) PR campaign
d) Assessment of plan & activities
e) Curriculum and its development
f) Operation
g) Led the creation of marketing policies and system
h) Analyze the ROI and acquisition costs for unit marketing activities
i) Led the overall marketing strategy which includes setting the positioning , targeting and implementation of strategy
j) Direct and manage the Competitor analysis through marketing research activities and create strategy for marketing research
k) Identify curriculum needs in terms of teaching materials and program support
Direct and manage operation of training (Corporate & Public Class)
l) Networking: maintain relevant networking with the education industry to include government officials, industry leaders, and major suppliers
j) Directly manage Marketing team and Technical Support team
QUALIFICATION:
- Male/Female, max 38 years old
- Graduated from Marketing/Management/Business or other related majors with preferred Master degree graduates
- Excellent command in English both Spoken & Written
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing, preferred from Training / Consultant industry
- Experience in creating training plan, module, curriculum, execution and evaluation, negotiation, presentation skills
- Have networking in High Network Individual / Institution and Proven strong experience in creating new networking
- Ability to develop new and existing marketing strategy & plans and manage resources (financial, time & manpower)
- High of integrity, passion, professional confidence, achievement, and target oriented
- Strong in creative thinking & have a good business awareness and be able to work within a budget
- Be able to respond well to pressure and high initiative and results driven
