Responsibilities:
- Responsible to organize and deliver all training activities to Agents and Leaders as per training plan, which include preparation, delivery, and completing pre and post training activities based on standard operating procedures to increase their activities and productivities
- Provide updated information regarding products, new business, claim, medical requirements, operation and procedures
- Enhance the knowledge and skills of agents and leaders
- Manage program socialization from preparation and implementation
- Responsible to manage training and develop opportunities for respective designated channel/s
- Coordinate with Regional Training Head to follow up on the TNA with suitable training programs
- Evaluate participant's feedback for each training session
- Managing good relationship with agency and other related units
- Develop personal competencies continuously
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
