Requirements:
- Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in any major from reputable university with GPA minimum 3,00, Master Degree is preferably
- Minimum 3 years experiences
- Familiar with HR Policies and Procedures
- Has good communication in Bahasa and English both oral and written
- Taft person and can work in under pressure
- Excellent experiences in spectrum of HR Management such as : HR Administration, Organization & People Development, HR Procedures and Process, Compensation and Benefit, Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations, Industrial Relations.
- Strong leadership skills, organization skill and good team work
- Self starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player
- Has good computer skill (Minimum Microsoft Office)
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel
