The Role
- Key responsibilities will be :
- Should posses experience in strategy planning & execution of sales & marketing activities
- Excellent organization business plans with approved budgets & modes.
- Should ensure division maximizes revenue & market share
- Surpassing targets through proper supervision & guidance of sales team and support departments
- Implementation of new initiatives
- Increase in brand visibility
- Efficient distribution networks
- Building & motivating a good solid team
- Establishing and maintaining good rapport with customers of both the Modern & Traditional Trades
- Maintaining strict debtors control
- Tracking credit limits & overdue payments etc
- Be responsible for the profit centre.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role
- Strong personality and leadership skills
- Excellent communication
- Excellent sales & marketing skills
