Lowongan CORPORATE RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Detail duties & responsibilities include:
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
- Actively source for talent/ suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the shortlisted candidates to respective users.
- Applicants' databank filling and management.  
- Psychological assessment administration, scoring, analysis, and interpretation
- Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress

Major requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in any related field.
- A strong background in Human Resources with a minimum 5 years experience in handling recruitment activities for entry level to senior managerial positions preferably from Multinational FMCG companies.
- Able to design effective recruitment strategy for different positions, starting from sourcing strategy to selection & placement.
- Well organized, mature with strong analytical thinking
- Having wide network in various industry with excellent communication skill
- Working knowledge using social media network inluding LinkedIn
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
