RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Developing merchandising strategies and goals taking into consideration customer profile, resource structure, fashion trends, items and price points
- Data analysis and interpretation to guide and take appropriate action towards achieving sales and profit
- Determines discounts, markdowns on merchandise
- Co-ordinates with buyers from dept stores on mechanics and promotions
- Plans and allocates sale stocks to outlets
- Sales monitoring and ensures outlets are sufficiently stocked
- Sell-thru reports and analysis
- Collaborating with marketing & communications team in preparing advertising and promotion strategies, plans and schedules and perform post-mortem analysis to aid future planning
- Establishing & maintaining effective communications and working relationship with internal departments, sales team, warehouse, finance, vendors and suppliers
- Plans for the launch of collections/capsules
- Marketing and promotions for seasonal launches – Promo mechanics, GWPs, etc.
- Supports Marcom on seasonal launch activities & events, eg. Fashion shows
- VM - Supports and co-ordinates VM changes for seasonal launches
REQUIREMENT :
- Male / Female max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree all major
- Min 1 years in supervisory experience with proven record in fashion retail industry
- Proficient with MS Office
- Fashion savvy and has an eye for details
- Possess good attitude & self-motivation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Posses good communication & writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and excel in as fast-paced environment
- Fluent in english (Written and Spoken)
- Willing to travel and willing to be stationed in Jakarta Barat
