Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the President Director for Indonesia and functionally to Europe you will lead a large team of human resources professionals. You will be required to act as a partner to the president on subjects such as: cultural change management, the execution of projects, executing HR strategies, acting as a spokesperson and leader of committees. This will require experience in a senior management position in a matrix structured large multinational corporate. You will be responsible for leadership and the implementation and execution of change.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified human resources professional
- 15 + years experience in a complex business model
- Strong Technical HR knowledge
- Excellent time management, administration and organizational skills
- Confident, credible and professional at a senior management level
- Strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to priorities, address and resolve issues maturely and successfully
