The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Have at least three years experience in Managerial Positions, preferably having hands-on experiences in training and/or consulting in Behavioral or Organizational Development
- Strong drive for continuous learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Self initiative and motivation
- Strong team player and enjoy traveling
- First-Class university degree (Post graduate in Human Resources from reputableuniversity is an advantage)
- Fluent English, oral and written
