Requirements:
- Male/Female
- 35-45 years old.
- S1/S2 from reputable university in Psychology (industrial and organizational psychology).
- Have minimum 5 years experiences as HR Manager or HR General Manager.
- Expert in recruiting, training/trainer, appraisal, and career path.
- Expert in selection, people development, and human resource theory.
- Able to make the training module and training syllabus.
- Have a strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Have a strategic thinking skill.
- High integrity, honesty, and trustworthy.
- Able to work with team and independently.
- Strong command of English.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office Application).
- Candidate must be willing to work in Menteng Raya.
