Lowongan HRD Manager

The HRD Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. The major areas to manage include:

Recruiting and staffing;
- Organizational departmental planning;
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- Development, needs assessment, and training;
- Policy development and documentation;
- Employee relations;
- Employee and communication;
- Benefits administration;
- Employee services and counseling.

Requirements:
- S1 degree in Psychology/Law/HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in HRM, preferably in world class premium garment or sport shoes company
- Good knowledge of manpower regulations.
- High competency in leadership and integrity
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English
